• Before first use hand wash knife in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly
• Do not use on hard and unbending materials like bone or anything frozen

• For extended life of your knife, oil its blade with mineral-grade oil twice a year
• Avoid humidity and prolong water exposure to save it from rusting and damage to wooden handles
• Do not leave your knife in sheath for extended periods of time
